This is the second spinner video I've seen this week. Yours is by far the best! The other one made it seem like such a huge effort to make the spinner, and it wasn't half as nice as yours. She did use a bead under it to help balance it. I loved the thumb polish that you were showing. 😃

I got tht set of glitters too, but mine came w/3 or 4 coloured sands too. what can I do w/little pots of sand?? I've not seen any1 incorporate sand n2 nail art...

It's Whale Spa's blue holo powder :) It's the best one that I have tried.

The two brushes that I am using are a KUPA #8 Acrylic Brush and a Crystal Nails 3D Mini (it doesn't have a number). I bought both of them at nail events, but they can both be purchased online.

You could make the spinner and attach it to a natural nail, but I would recommend having an artificial enhancement for a design like this.
