I have had anumber of profound and undeniable contact experiences that take about ten minutes. 1 was from my own backyard. Don't take my word though. Try it yourself. The more individuals that start to practice this and have their own enlightning experiences the more we can put these channels of mis-direction to rest. Make sure you set your intention at the beginning i.e Peace for humaninty, So deeply it makes your soul ache. Think about what you want to change for humanity and planet Earth for the better, and not like a beauty queen in a pagent😆.... really mean it!! It is in this resonance of love that you can connect on a cosmic level. Dr. Greer has an app it guides you through a deep meditation and it takes an hour or two. Many have had success using this and there are CE meditation groups popping up all over the world. The App is not necessary but it is just a tool at your disposal if you need it. Or head along to one of the groups and tell them you are CE5 curious :D

Hi Demi 🌻 I just saw a video of you on a talk show talking about your experience with 3 beings, so I was drawn to searching for you on KZbin. Within the last 4 years I have had 3 different experiences of connecting to ETs through the astral realm. I've only recently started to share those experiences with my family and friends, and yep!, they think I'm coo coo.
