I know this is a little old now, but thank you for the review. I did purchase one because I want to learn how to fly a drone with something cheap that I can fly around inside so I don't think the range will be a huge issue for me. For the $30 I paid for it, I think it should be pretty fun and I liked how easy it is to store as compared to other drones (that made my wife happy since we don't have a ton of space to keep things)

From my understanding, mini and nano drones are intended for indoor use. The larger drones are for outdoor use.

Just got mine today. Found if I don't use the fpv or phone at all its more responsive...but that's why I got it to begin with and don't even try going outside with it. Unless you want to send it lol but it's great indoors with a full battery. Go for 6 minutes per battery though, and if you do want to use the phone for fpv make sure it's just indoors and your wifi is strong and ya I find it needs to be calibrated every flicking other minute

Actually a tiny zippy drone for beginners to learn from should have short distance(maybe 50 meters,but less may be better for some flyers imo) with cut off like that... i would not want but many tiny drones end up going to far to see or fly for newbees and they lose them...
