This song hits too close to home with my ex who struggles with ADHD, his favorite character is Starlight Glimmer and I was always patient with him when he strugged with stuff.. I kinda wanna cry, we don't talk anymore because things weren't working out, but he told me he was so grateful for me anyway, and I said the same. Right in the feels man, right in the feels..

For every Songlight Glimmer, there is equally a new Songset Shimmer. This song amongst your others work well for both characters! Been looking forward to this song!! I don't remember if I got a chance to listen to this or just the instrumental but I love it! Fly My Kite is one of my favourite songs. As with Save Me, I relate to this song as well. Now when is the next glimglam song goony {gun}? XD Definitely gonna be jamming to this often!

A poem inspired by the current events in my life and sparked by this very song. I’ve got a long journey ahead of me. It all makes sense. It doesn’t make sense at all. Two sides of the coin I’m in the middle of. It takes just one step, one choice to change a life. Sometimes a desire. Don’t I know what that’s like. Don’t you know what that’s like. You remember those times. I thought I wouldn’t speak to you. But here we are. Back again, yet so much more different. To think all of this happened because of something we never knew. Well we both know now. The reason for the sad. The reason for the split. The reason for the strife. The reason for the shifts. It all makes sense. Yet, it never makes any sense at all. You’re not the eldest. You’re the Upcoming Change. The reason for the fresh start. The reason for our transition. It’s weird how things change. How we slip through life as a malleable ball. All different shapes. Me, the shape of an egg. Varied, ready, and unique. That’s what makes it a challenge. All it takes is a little patience. Ok. A lot of patience. So, we’ve got a long journey ahead of us… So let’s do it together. Thank you for the friends we’ve made. Thank you for everything you’ve done. Thank you… for your patience. Just know… I’ll always love… both sides of you.
