Guys, what do you think is the difference between 4GB RAM and 8GB RAM in Minecraft?
in this video I tested the difference in fps 4gb vs 8 gb watch the video until it runs out
I use optifine to maximize ram performance

No but if you have like 100 bucks then you can possibly upgrade to 16gb ram though I recommend going only to 32gb ram cause 64 and 128 can slow your pc down. In conclusion you should also upgrade to 3600 cause 2600 is slow. So I hope you listen to my advice Happy new years!

This is my setup: CPU: Intel Celeron N4000 RAM: 4 GB GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 600 My FPS drops from 25 to 15, 12 - the best FPS I've had is 25. I've also experienced some freezing while using the x64 version of jre8. After switching to the jre8 32-bit version, the freezing stopped but I still had significant lag. If an i3 can't handle it, how can a Celeron? 😂 For those with Pentium, Celeron, and lower-end CPUs, I suggest playing the Bedrock version.

It depends what GPU you are using... Having 8gb ram and for example i5 4590 processor with integrated graphics of Intel HD 4600 it can run the latest version pretty decent on low settings and maybe normal...
