Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
This is the first video on the way to Hiroshima. I stopped in Nagoya to see its castle.
Map www.google.com...
Time 11/02 around 10am
Filmed in UltraHD 4K 60p with Lumix GH5 camera, 8-18 f2.8-4 lens, Beholder EC1 stabilizer and Audio-Technica AT9946CM mic.
Feel free to correct my English or suggest a video to film.

11:00 - many people think Rambalac uses a cordless camera to film with, but this is the actual cable he uses, its 100 miles long and connects his camera to his PC at home.

I did this same walk on November 7th, 2018. Stopped in Nagoya for a few hours before heading to Osaka. Had a lovely time seeing the castle, the amazing bonsai trees and chrysanthemums. We were even lucky enough to get an English tour guide, she was so nice!

I lived in Japan from October 2002 until April 2008 - The first city I arrived in was Nagoya - I was there for a week for a week orientation and then sent out to Kakegawa for a year - I then lived for about two years in Handa shi about 38km from Nagoya so I was in Nagoya about 3-4 times a week during those two years - There is a lot to do there and its a pleasant city. This video is very nostalgic for me as I remember those towers and even went up high to see the whole city of Nagoya from up top - Japan sure is something else!

I was really confused at first. I haven't lived in Nagoya for over 15 years, but I didn't think I was that mixed up. Then I see you started on the other (west?) side of the station. I used to live a ten-minute walk from the castle, so thank you for the video. It brought back a lot of good memories.

First thing first, a good choice that you chose green tea over carbonated sugar water drinks at the end of this vlog. I really enjoyed this upload. You must be in physically good shape to walk around with your heavy? equipment. I virtually and vicariously enjoy trips around Japan through your lens. One suggestion, though. I love temples. Perhaps you could stop and pause a moment to show the entrance or façade of a temple and to show us the name of it. Japanese temples are very pretty! Besides, I am also impressed that you asked if it was ok to film within the Nagoya castle at the ticket gate to show your respect to cultural things and manners (many foreigners just do not care at all, or they do not even notice those things). I am a big fan of your channel! :D

Shame the castle was closed! I caught the tail end of the livestream, glad to see the whole thing in HD! It seemed like the whole town was having maintenance done to it; I had to laugh at 11:00 where it looked like one guy was working, and 20 people were watching! :' )

Really smart to have most of the advertisements in the station be electronic. Less waste, no paper or inks used and can be changed out immediately to something else with probably a few clicks of a mouse. The station in the beginning must be massive though! It seems like a lot of the stations I've seen you start in or near have a lot of little shops in them too. Very much like a shopping mall & station in one! ^_^

18 February 2019, Palermo, Sicily. At 10:00 in the morning most Nagoya's streets look surprisingly uncrowded for a city of 3 million people, don't they? If Japanese cities hadn't been heavily bombed during the Second World War, in Rambalac's videos around Japan we would probably see more traditional architecture in the style of the spectacular-looking Nagoya Castle. Also lovely trees and bonsai.

Before finding your channel I always watched this stream called Tokyo Live Camera, which is no longer streaming live anyway. They had the camera on a building just west of Italy Park in Shiodome, I think in the brown brick building where Shiodome Bechstein Salon is located. If you ever have no idea what walk to do it would be really interesting for me to see this area from the ground, there are some walking trails southeast from Italy Park area and it would be cool to see the streets underneath the monorail and on each side of the tracks in that neighborhood. This is a selfish request of course. :-)

When I heard your voice from video, I thought you are a cute and young Japanese boy. But you are a foreigner. How long have you been in Japan? You are a professional video director. I am glad to see your video. Thank you. If you have a chance to come to Korea. Please make a Korean street video.
