Wow, I’m glad you asked!❤ seafood pancake! 😄 In Korean it is called Haemul-pajeon. In Korea, it is common to enjoy various types of pancakes and makgeolli on rainy days. You can use our video and subtitles, or refer to the 'Seafood Pancake' recipe on KZbinr Maangchi's channel. Please note that the recipe may be slightly different, but Maangchi's recipe is full of love and sincerity. ha ha ha!❤😁 Here's a tip to make it even more delicious.😉 I used chives instead of green onions. You can get a crispier texture if you use thin green onions or chives instead of thick green onions. For a crispier texture, use frying powder and wheat flour in a 1:1 ratio. Also, use a 1:1 ratio of water and batter. Also, place the water used for dough in the freezer for a while and then add it when it is very cold. In fact, there is no set answer to the types of vegetables and seafood to put in appetizers. Feel free to change it as you wish. I hope you have fun making it!😘

Just a tip: next time, try soaking the wood chips in water for a 1/2 hr before using - it will "smoke" more that just burn and add more flavor. Love watching Coco grow up, just adorable!

Hello my friends 👋🏼 What can I say about this beautiful video. Well first of all I kept falling asleep. I have been trying to watch it but I just fall asleep and it’s because of the beautiful serene sound of the rain and the sound of the river. Oh my goodness. I just couldn’t stop falling asleep 💤 in the middle of the video I tried it three nights in a row so I decided to watch it again during early afternoon hours and yes I can say that I was able to watch the whole video without falling asleep. Let me tell you the sound was like I was there and I would drift off and fall asleep and the calmness that I felt when I woke up was amazing, so thank you very much for helping me sleep for three days in a row. I do suffer from insomnia so from the bottom of my heart I Thank you 🙏 What a beautiful video the beauty of Mother Nature is something that it leaves me with a feeling that us humans are very lucky to be able to see, hear, feel and enjoy what is all around us.
