TIP: put the rear back speakers in the corner - put the surround speakers 2 feet higher

Move the Left and Right speakers out of the corners and away from the side and back walls. Move the Center speaker away from wall also (unless it is designed to be that close) Nice installation of the ATMOS speakers.

Just take your time and piece it together piece by piece. Every bit of equipment I got I waited for it to go on sale. I didn't pay full price for anything in my room.

I suggest doing some sound absorption panels. You can hear the sound reflections in the video. Getting rid of some of that will improve sound. How good do you think that center channel sounds? Try aiming it up towards your head instead of your feet. I would try mounting the center above the screen angled downward toward the listening positions for improved audio to both rows of seating. Tape a laser pointer to it to help get the angle correct. I use to work at a theater and envy the taste you get out of your popper but sure glad I don't do that cleanup anymore. Having the Hot Dog roller is pretty awesome too.

Great set up, and rocking the old school Jordan 6 😎 One small suggestion, angle the front centre upwards toward you're ear level, makes a difference.

awesome set up, wish i could afford a place like that, but here in new zealand id need to win lotto to have a theater room, so i have to make do with a lounge set up of 7,2,4, but lift ya center speaker up alil so its not sending sound to ya knees..lol,

I agree and that SR7011 has pre-outs for all 11 channels. I think the combo of Emotiva BasX A3 for the front stage and two BasX A4 for the surrounds and atmos speakers would be perfect. But first he needs some sound absorption panels to help tame those reflections you hear in the video.

nice, i like the way you run the speaker weirs. With the subs, have you tried putting one in front then one in back on the opposite side. Then Use a mini dsp to get rid of suckouts and cancellations . This has completely change the way some rooms sound.

Nah I didn't want my subs in the front because I wanted as much screen as possible. Although I do know what you mean, I love the way my subs sound in the back.

Nice!! You have enough equipment in there to make a pretty good amount of content. You can do reviews on what you have, then add external amps and re review. Good luck to you!
