I agree. I would go a bit farther, though, and say if you don't like eating street food in foreign countries, where the emission laws for vehicles are WAYYY more relaxed. ... don't do it. This woman is only one of hundreds of thousands of street food vendors, just in Thailand. Personally, I think a vibrant access to so many options for sustenance outside of the sit-down, brick and mortar model is preferable.

I only want to say this street food will always be unsanitized, full of germs, people talking over your food, vehicles and mopeds with their toxic gases getting everywhere on that cart, she wiped her sweat and touch other items, she is in the street where all type critters and crawling pest all nite, she hangs things on the electric pole by the way very dangerous.
