How I wish he had sung CLYG on Oct 27 when I was there in person! But he sang Underneath that night and we all were breathless and crying! This song though is unbelievable .....all the nuances in his voice, falsetto, power all great control.....just amazing.

OMG he actually dodged the high note in the final chorus at 3:06. Adam doesn't dodge high notes. I think that's a testament to how insanely difficult this song is to sing and probably why it's so incredibly rare for him to sing it live.

@@carolhagerty4288 No, he actually did. If you listen to the studio recording, right around the 3:10 mark in the studio recording, he belts out a G5 on the word "Easy" in the final chorus. And then he does it again on the word "Everything" in the final chorus of the studio recording as well. In this live recording, the highest note he hits is a D5. Not hating on you, Adam, the person who uploaded this video or anyone. I'm just pointing out that this must be an INSANELY difficult song to sing if even THE Adam Lambert is dodging notes when he's singing it live.

Adam doesn't strike me as an artist who would record something in the studio, knowing that he could never hit the note in real life. And indeed, you are correct that it's unrealistic to expect for him to hit that note every night.
