4K | ANA Boeing 787-9 Business Class Impeccable Service & Dining BUT Old Vibes and Seat Lack Storage

In this video, we fly ANA's Business Class from Kuala Lumpur (KLIA, KUL) to Tokyo (NRT) onboard the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. After a quick overnight stay at an close by airport hotel, we start out journey from T1, skipping the Golden Lounge and board this popular aircraft, known for its comfort on long-haul routes.
The cabin is equipped with spacious seats in 1-2-1 configuration. The one I picked unfortunately lacked privacy and all seats had very minimal to no personal storage. While the overall cabin design feels a bit dated, the flight was a smooth and comfortable experience. One of the highlights was the unique Japanese breakfast, a refreshing alternative to traditional Western options, beautifully presented and full of flavour.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service, with ANA's crew delivering impeccable Japanese hospitality. Their attention to detail and helpfulness enhanced the overall flight, making it a pleasant journey!
