Great advice in this video. It really has helped me birdwatching and walking the trails at my local nature park. The sounds of the breeze through the trees, the chirping of birds and the light trickles of water over pebbles, is perfect to put my mind at ease when I’m anxious or nervous. And even if you can’t get to nature park or forest yourself, a walk around your neighborhood can still be very nice, and is a great way to break your mind of the normal doldrums of every day life. Plus, you never know what you might see or who you might meet along the way.

This was an amazing video. I love this perspective very much and you are the most soothing person! You literally lulled me into sleep, I tried to keep my eyes open a bit longer but they blinked and blinked and your whispering was so reassuring that when you contoured my face I fell asleep with a smile. 😊 I had some calm and peaceful dreams last night too, and while I only remember the feelings and not the actual content, I'm sure they came thanks to the calmness you spread. Never been hushed or lulled to sleep by a girl except my mom before. This is... it feels so dear and warm. You and my mother even have the same eyes... Never knew i would still have this feeling. Thank you. And yes, i'd rather stay at home and be with my loved ones than go party somewhere. After a week of hardwork, you dont need to spend more energy somewhere, but rather a place to rest your weary body and soul. If i do decide to go out tho, i'd go to a place with less concrete.
