3 methods of varying effort. * The audio may be entirely unrelated to the video and simply placed there for our benefit. * The audio may be from the hike played out of sync at normal speed, simply looping on its self when it finished early. * They may have taken clips from the video and played them at normal speed in sync with certain events, such as when another person walks by or you hear a footstep on unique terrain. Possibly a mix of all three. Either way, it's just a chill video to have playing in the background while we do other things.
