Funnily enough, I flew out of Lincoln years ago on an LNK-ORD-MCO trip with UAL. Since when did Global Crossing fly directly from LNK to MCO?

Well, this was the inaugural flight for the short lived "Red Way." Red Way was a "virtual airline" based in Lincoln who contracted with Global X to operate their flights. So it was Red Way (Operated by Global Crossing). So Global X was simply cashing the checks for operating the flights and who would've thought... There wasn't a ton of demand out of Lincoln, Nebraska and Red Way shut down like a month after beginning service. Global X then took their plane elsewhere haha.

Now, THERE''S an adventure you could undertake::go thru a wormhole and come out the other end into a planetary system orbiting a supermassive black hole in a galaxy 10 billion light years away from home. You could record it all and post it on your YT channel. Just remember that it's 7 years per hour on Miller's Planet.

I have flown on an Airbus A321-200 of Air Canada Rouge. I can agree that the sound and thrust reduction of the CFM56 engines was the best part. I look to upload it in the coming days or weeks so you all can view it.

Was this a charter flight? Global X has a small base at the airport I work at and I know they do repatriation flights and some charters. Wasn’t sure if they had scheduled airline services or not.

This was when they accepted the contract to fly for Red Way. A virtual airline based in Lincoln, Nebraska. This was "Red Way's" inaugural flight. The airline ceased operations just a month or two after it started and as such, Global X moved their planes back to other bases.
