Nice video. We typically go to Gulf Shore but are looking further SE for white sands & clear, pretty blue water for mid October. We'd want a condo on the beach (#1 priority). Shelling always a bonus! Would you recommend Bonita Beach for a retired couple?

Bonita Beach is beautiful but the sand and shelling are much better at Sanibel or Marco Islands. Thanks for watching!

$3-$7 million USD. The lower end of that being homes that were built in the 1970's and have not been torn down and rebuilt in to 3 or 4 story mansions. (edited to say $7 million as there are quite a few that go over $6)
