Egyptian traffic is different, says someone down there, and he's right. But it is somewhat similar to the traffic in Tunisia and other Arab countries, and that is that in all these places they honk more, and more enthusiastically, when the traffic is fluid than when it is impossible.

Egypt horn use is liek India or Bangladesh highest in world unlike Japan where they never honk or Eu where they hit it v less
