@@MalcPearce I love seeing older equipment still doing a great job, can not understand why you would pay £300,000 plus for a tractor you keep for 3yrs when you can pay £50,000 and run it for 10yr plus and just about get your money back for it.

What is mounted on the 3 point hitch? Is that simply some added ballast or is it used for something else?

@@MalcPearce Makes sense. The old oval-track Challenger were very difficult to find places to hang ballast. As I recall, you could get a package that added steel plates to the mid-beam, along with more steel slabs stacked on the drawbar support at the back. The 3-point hitch option was nice and heavy, so I don't think it's as common for people to hang more ballast on it when using a drawbar implement.

We run it on the back for mole draining. Balances her up nicely and weight is king for mole work. Reduces track slip and wear.
