I wanted to move out of Chicago as well in the past. But the places I wanted to move to were kind of more expensive like California and New York. And I too would miss it a lot because it’s home. Don’t regret it! You can always come and visit and in due time - maybe you’ll make the decision to move back if that’s something you would like to do 💕

Ooh I know who you’re talking about - I try my best to avoid the downtown area unless someone really requests me to do it. I like the neighborhoods - they don’t get enough attention. I listen to all recommendations - because I like exploring and learning about new neighborhoods. I love that about my channel - the creativity - uniqueness and the community I’m building. Being yourself and having some fun - I love that everyone is so open to what they want to see. It makes it fun. And Oak Park was soooo much fun - so much to cover. I have to go back and do another video later down the line as well. So many different parts to Oak Park - I was so excited.

Happy to have a channel that highlights so many different neighborhoods/corridors. People cover the same 10 square blocks of downtown Chicago like its going to change every day or something. Yet New York creators try to show every nook & cranny of the city to change it up and bring attention to lesser known areas. This is great promotion for the city.

That is the nightlife - they have a lot of bars and restaurants - along with different social activities during the evening. It is a vibe - super relaxing.

I think you should - just have fun in the area. It’s not a ton of parking especially during the summer and fall nights. Have fun and enjoy the nightlife there!
