Yes, truly, there isn't much rain in Colchester compared to other places in the UK. I'm from Germany, went to uni in Colchester and it is the same weather as at hime

the place is so british , i would not tell the diference between COLCHESTER and Norwich or any other decently sized uk town. is some strange way it kind of reminds me of soviet era built cities or city blocks.
