4K - Complete rebuild, cylinder & piston Stihl MS 290. English & Français

Here is a complete video of the disassembly, reassembly, adjustment and test cutting in wood, of a Stihl MS 290 chainsaw. Which had its original engine scratched (probably due to the use of pure oil-free fuel).
I only used adaptable and "cheap" parts, this is my first engine rebuild. It's for the purpose of learning (and anyway, OEM Stihl parts are way too expensive)
I have no idea how long such a repair will last.
All this repair applies identically to the Stihl 029 - 039 - MS 310 and MS 390 which are designed exactly the same

Voici une vidéo complète du démontage, remontage, réglage et test de coupe dans du bois, d'une tronçonneuse Stihl MS 290. Qui avait son moteur d'origine rayé (sans doute due à une utilisation de carburant pur sans huile).
J'ai utilisé que des pièces adaptable et " pas chère", c'est ma première reconstruction de moteur. C'est dans le but d'apprendre (et de toute façon, les pièces d'origine OEM Stihl, sont beaucoup trop chère)

Hey! so I'm not a piston myself ^^ 😉 To answer your question. No, I bought a new adaptable cylinder-piston kit on Amazon. All the parts I replaced are adaptable (not OEM Stihl), except the spark plug (exact original NGK reference) The video is long, you must have missed the list. Chekc : 21:27 and 01:15:44 You will have all the details

Salut un p’tit conseil pour éviter que ça saute quand tu démonte ton embrayage prends juste ta clé à bougie tu verra ça suffit et ci c’est trop serré tu rajoute une clé à pipe sur ta bar de clé à bougie sinon continue comme ça c’est bien 😉

Salut ! j'avais essayé également avec la clé à bougie, elle a morflé aussi ça a abimé l'emprunte.. il était sacrément dur ce pauvre embraye ^^ ;)
