Only few areas are clean. Most areas especially suburbs are overcrowded, full of slums and hawkers, ugly rickshaws, polluted and filthy with garbage.

People (mostly tourists) visiting Mumbai from under-developed Indian towns where there’s no concept of sidewalks. They’ve walked on roads all their life. 😪

Many buildings here in south bombay giving warning signs to renovate and re paint them. They are degrading gradually. And whats the modern ugly looking concrete or glass buildings not regarding the theme nearby doing in mid of city where only cultural architectural buildings are been built in past. The people commenting upon building skyscraper in south bombay should joke around better. Skyscrapers would make this town too ugly . Only a tower with traditional architectural elements should be made. Dont copy chinese cities , they are goodly planed but looks very ugly and depressing vibes. South bombay should nt have building more than 8 floors and those new buildings should match the vibe of south bombay traditional arhitecture with modern amenities.

Glass skyscrapers looks ugly and give modern dystopian vibes. Buildings consisting lively and cultural architectural elements with modern designs should be made with not more than 8-10 floors. There should be a downtown rather with tall buildings having commercial and financial offices for smooth functioning European and russian cities looks ten times better chinese or other asian concrete -glass dystopian with soulless buildings.
