why are there so many middle laners and overpasses on the right? Does Sweden use different driving rules or are they just really bad drivers?

I do not know what is different in your country from what is in Sweden, but what is certain is that there are people who drive negligently in my country, and I think they exist in all countries as well.

@@outdooradventures1 In my country (the Netherlands) people usually stick to the right lane, except when passing. Of course some people do not follow this rule but in this video the amount of middle laners really catched my eye
