● The Alps - The Alps are the highest and most comprehensive mountain system that lies entirely in Europe, stretching around 1,200 km (750 mi) across 8 Alpine countries: France, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, and Slovenia.
● Julian Alps - The Julian Alps are a range of mountains of the Southern Limestone Alps that stretch from northeastern Italy to Slovenia. They are named after Julius Caesar, who founded the municipium of Cividale del Friuli at the foot of the mountains.
● Bukovel - Bukovel is the biggest ski resort in Eastern Europe located in Ukraine. The resort lies practically on the ridge-lines of the Carpathian Mountains at an elevation of 900 m (3,000 ft) above the water level. ● Levi - Levi is the biggest ski resort in Finland, situated in Kittilä municipality. It is located approximately 170 km (110 mi) north of the Arctic Circle. The peak of the Levi fell is at an elevation of 531 m (1,742 feet) above sea level. Levi has been chosen as the most excellent domestic snowboarding resort in Finland. The ski school instructs downhill snowboarding, telemark skiing, cross-country snowboarding, etc.
● Piani di Bobbio - Piani di Bobbio is a ski resort in northern Italy. It is situated above Lake Como in the Valsassina valley. Piani di Bobbio is 1,694 m (5,558 ft) above sea level and has 30 km (19.6 mi) of ski runs.
● Mount Elbrus - Mount Elbrus could be considered the highest mountain in Europe. A dormant volcano, Elbrus is in the Caucasus Mountains in Southern Russia, near the border with Georgia.
● Telluride - Telluride Ski Resort is a ski resort situated in Mountain Town, Colorado next to the Town of Telluride. The resort remains in the southern San Juan Mountains, part of the Rocky Mountains. The top of resort features mainly expert and sophisticated terrain. Telluride is currently a National Historic Landmark District. The Ski Resort has been ranked No. 1 in the annual Conde Nast Traveler's Reader's Choice Survey in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
