I am sitting with my mum, who is on an end of life pathway. It is comforting to both of us to imagine ourselves in this beautiful forest, and to hear the peaceful sounds of the birds, instead of the beeps and buzzers in the hospice. Thank you for providing this.

Rachel C I was just looking for something to lift me out of the darkness, when I stumbled upon your comment. It's so sad that no one replied to you. God love you and your mom, its 5 months down the road, and I can only surmise that she has passed. The end of a loved ones journey is a very emotionally draining event. I previously mentioned the "darkness" that I was in........Tomorrow, at 3pm, I have to say goodbye to my best friend of 11years...... Sandy is a big, lovable orange tabby, he's got cancer, and he is suffering. My heart is shattered right now.......I hope everything worked out okay for you......God bless you for being there.

I sat for about 4 months in the ICU while a friend passed away . I bought a little white noise box for his room ,thinking waves and the shore would soothing . But the birdsong in the forest was way better . All the nurses said that they enjoyed when they were assigned to his room because it was so peaceful . We passed it along to another patient's room , on my way out when the whole thing was over .

Thank you so much! 🙏 Thank you mother nature... Every morning I wake up too check if the birds outside my apartment have enough food on the balcony. Down there is a park with many species. But they are not always equally loud and active. It depends on human activity all around. It s my only piece of nature in my state and it is rough. I had difficult past years... This literally made me cry all I got, all I needed to release today to align with Jah. Since I was a little kid I knew this world is crazy and take for granted what we have to cherish, protect, defend, love and recognize our true selves in. This is just consciusness. I was never adapted and never will be to the human dense concrete urban ego society. Birds, cats, animals, plants, three... Are the real authentic ones who help me to remember I m never alone. Sometimes I feel so sad for the condition of humanity. And they don't like it. Consciousness threatens the ego. So I'm to stay alone dealing with kundalini and health problems, trying to don't care I have no money nor any kind of possession. This must be my karma. But I m thankful. Everything is in the right place, right time. Everything is perfect, there is no happiness in desires, the happiness comes through the first death, when you dealt with your pain without resisting and letting it be. I feel I have so much to give, but I fee only Animas and plants want it. They are really attracted by me which is a beautiful compensation. I know many fed friends visit me through the body of some birds who comes play with me. And the cats I meet to heal. They gave me love back. I don't expect anything that s why it is so blessed. I wish I could live inside deep nature like some places I knew. Not where I'm now. I wish everyone réalise we are just the life in the now and that s it. So fed up with ego trips and ego melodramas and wars... I wish I d be a bird often... I hope one day I meet the one who understands me and stop tricking me, ready to do what we came for and spread love. I wish lmy anger could go. It s so hard to see the Soul of people but being shut down by their ego who is agressive. It is so hard to abused and abused many times by people sure of themselves as I just think we are all one and identical. The 4.4.21 I will get 36yo. I remember when I was 33 my mom tried to save a baby bird fallen too early. We feed him 3 days. But I go back to God. I cried so much for this tiny little life, I could feel him suffer, at age 3. Now 33 years later, I have deep tears dropping down thinking about this bird.... I m so mixed up in my feelings. The 31 3 I go hospital and I'm very anxious cause I del with very serious threat. Not afraid to die at all, just don't want to suffer because I will be forced to endure it all along as suicide aanihile karma. Maybe it will be better after if results are cool. But the exams yet re 'ready challenging. I wish I could listen to this during it but I m not allowed. Everybody here, who loves 'd respect mother nature 'd father God, who we are s one life, I love you all. Consciousness is attracted to herself by love. That s the meaning of reality. I love you so much, you stengers from everywhere. I wish we meet someday. I hope you the best, the veery best. I don' t care for me as long as my life s a meaning for some people to understand what I'm in and designed to go. I pray for all earth everyday. I feel lucky to know, somewhere, somehow, someone is praying for me. Sorry for this bipolar message, kundalini 224/7 during 4 years makes me little crazy but in fact rel emoath and conscious, full of intuition. I will keep feeding those birds, waathing them. Those who are little, the bugs, the every time here, those who passes during hot season... The chant of bird is so sacred. When deep meditation, about 10 hours, I can hear singing birds. And it brings me lot of info. Don't ask why they can sing, walk, fly, sometimes swim? As the threes, they are powerful wise being. We must respect all of them and be grateful and thankful... You won't achieve reality without respecting birds as you move yourself and threes who make you breathe... It is esoteric knowledge that you can learn just by being more and more who you truly are, the one and only non manifested but real being we call god and who is manifested in every single aspect of universe. Feel free to contact me if you are in a transition, live a kundalini, gave à pineal growth and crown opening. All my friends are dead. I died 4 years then 2 years ago... Now I don't really know anymore what is the real meaning of all this life except to be more conscious. I dreamed with my ego, to have a family, kids, job I like etc.. But it was all failure. I have nothing. Except the birds on the balcony who come and go as they wish, my only right is to carefully watch them, and this is the most happier moments of my life. The past and the future don't mean anything to me anymore. Please take care, enjoy what you have but mostly to give your love. It is the only way to be loved by Jah. First we give. The faith does the rest. May peace be in your heart, may discernement open your eyes, may energy arose in your body and heal, for our grand grand kids they could restart a new aligned world

❤❤ for all your love of beings you will have good karma- the birds are a sign that you are a good person. Many people feel alone when friends or significant people in their lives pass away, even if they still have other family members who love them. Remember that NicolaTesla was very poor in his last years. Just keep in mind that the birds and cats don't usually mix as the birds are naturally afraid of them. However, I once had a little non-aggressive cat that the birds would even land right next to it to eat the birdseed and they were not afraid! 🐦

@@ArtKO171 Whoa 94!!! Sympathy but don't you think it's kinda natural and expected to die at an old age? It's nature. You should be grateful she lived that long, and had someone who cares for her. Besides, I'm against spreading personal grief under videos where others seek mental recovery from their own troubles. It's selfish and thoughtless to burden hypersensitive people with great memory. Spare the fragile mental health of others. I live next to the frontline and can tell you stories that will keep you awake at night. Let's not make relaxing videos a space of personal grief and sorrow. My own grandma died at 89! She could live 5 more years but I didn't go around telling how it sucked to bury her alone with my mom. Still see her pale face and sharpened nose in the coffin. Died in the room next to where my dad died. They never talked to each other though. Laying in different graveyards of the same city. My beloved cat passed away too next year after suffering a disease and he was only 1.5 years old. And next year our bird, a canary died. Then the war started... So, please, keep your sorrow to yourself and respect the mental health of others!!! We are all strong enough to deal with it and not seek sympathy from those who may need it even more but just don't want to burden the others. When you are old enough, you will realise that the death at 94, in good health, with some good relatives is an insane blessing actually to be grateful for.

Someone made this suggestion awhile back and loved it. When you are around a river or creek just play a video like this in the background this is 11 hours of creek sounds and you can find others on youtube to suit your desired sound. just play this in the background when you are around water. You can also do one for forests to immerse yourself further.

This is so beautiful, the birdsong, the scenery. I love listening to this to unwind before bed. But does anyone else think the big tree front right looks like the hind foot of the t-Rex from Jurassic park? Or is it my overactive imagination at work again?

My cat loves his daily videos. He watches cats, mice, birds, dogs, sheep, lions, pandas, squirrels - you name it. Then I put this on - he watched intently - looking for the hidden creatures - he knew they were there and he waited and watched a long time - until I walked downstairs and then that was that. So thank you!

Good for my old cat who is on his last legs. Naps beside me on his cushion, & loves to watch nature videos - I keep this loop on softly while he sleeps.

I play around 4 of these videos simultaneously, alongside some light, quiet background ambient music. It's a sedative, thought-provoking experience, and I typically just... zen out for a few hours. The sounds of singing birds, various wildlife (such as elk bugling, wolves, etc.), running water, and the crackling of a fire are simply comfort sounds for me. I can hardly express my appreciation for these sounds and visuals.

Love the sounds the songs, I'd lived in Bangor N. Ireland I'd a small garden at rear of home, lots tall trees white paper Birch bark scrubs Bamboos of many colours. A Blackbird would appear on the garage roof beside the Kitchen window once I'd opened the bedroom curtains, a Robin quickly followed. Tiny bits of cheese some flake meal on the outside window ledge. Later a flock of collard doves to feed, even winter time I'd wrap up sit among my trees listen to the birds. Unfortunately I'd 3 neighbours 6+ cats decimated my flock. The Wren no longer about, a tiny little bird smaller than the Wren never sure what it was. A small pond lots of frogs, the bloody cats would lay at the edge to catch the frogs, cats a very convenient pet for the owners a terrible nightmare for the neighbours!

The sounds in your video are playing from my laptop and have been HELPING TO CALM AND SAVE A WILD KINGLET while I prepare to take it to a proper wildlife rescue station. I know we should never cage wild birds. Most kinds cannot adapt and will batter themselves to death trying to escape. In this case, a bird cage was a necessary but temporary measure: Yesterday, I rescued a tiny kinglet huddled on my back doorstep. So weak and cold it was unable to fly. While migrating south it had been caught in a freak, early-October storm in our region that left a foot (30 cm) of snow. Thousands of little insect-eaters like this kinglet have perished as there is nothing for them to eat in transit. After warming this tiny bird in my hand, I found an old bamboo cage and put it inside. Added a water dish and a leafy branch with berries. As soon as the bird perked up, it began to pick away at the bamboo bars, frantically without stopping. An expert advised me to cover the cage, which did help a little. Then I Googled 'Music to calm a wild bird' and up came your video. It has worked like a charm. IThe tiny kinglet settled down. Thanks to this, I am sure it will survive until it is returned to the wild next Spring.

Hi, thank you for your message. I am glad that my recording is helping the bird to feel calm. Good luck with it and I hope that it survives the winter and successfully returns to nature in Spring.
