Hello Alice ❤, I don’t know if you’ll read this I just wanted to say that as a woman ( and this is relevant) it’s very comforting to know that there’s a walking tour channel that DOESN’T use creepy and inappropriate shots of unsuspecting women in their thumbnails in order to garner views. I watch these videos to see the beautiful architecture and landscapes and not to ogle women ( as if we need another reminder that women only exist to be LOOKED at). The best thumbnail is a clear picture of the PLACE as the FOCUS and not an obvious close up of an a/s/s shot. Thank you for being decent and having the integrity to actually show us beautiful places and not use these tours as a cover up for sleazy activity. - Sincerely ❤ a grateful viewer

The Wiener Schnitzel has been at the center of a dispute among Italian cuisine, which considers it a variant of the Milanese cutlet brought home by Josef Radetzky when he returned from his long residence in Lombardy-Veneto. A document from 1148, cited by Pietro Verri in his History of Milan, reports the chronicle of a solemn lunch in which, in the third course, the breaded veal loin appears, better known as "cotoletta alla Milanese" The documents cited by Pietro Verri have been on public display in the rooms adjacent to the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio in Milan since December 2013. Radetzky had married Countess Francesca Romana von Strassoldo-Gräfenberg of the noble Italian Strassoldo family, whose relatives he went to visit during his Milan-Vienna trips. She had thus ordered her cook to learn from the Strassoldo chefs how to cook the breaded slice, which was then packaged in Vienna and Milan with slight variations on the side dish.
