I’ll be making that same journey next month except I’ll be on Disney Cruise Line from Juneau to Ketchikan. I will see the Juneau airport if the weather holds up. I have a helicopter to walk on a glacier scheduled.

Yes, I think a full service is done on this segment. At 250ish miles apart, that's long enough of them to at least do a quick service.

Well, kind of. It's not premium economy in the sense of what international premium economy is, but you do get quite a lot more leg room. So it's domestic premium economy, or extra legroom seats.
