AWWWWW thanks for watching! One thing to let you know though is that they now charge the outdoor pool meaning they have special room rate for the summer time w pool access. Hope this helps!

Is the lounge food buffet included in the price of staying at the hotel, or are the food and drinks an additional charge?

If you book a room with the lounge access, all the food and drinks are inclusive. Room with a lounge access are bit more expensive than regular rooms. Hope this help!

Who can access the lounge? And what are the rules for the swimming pool?

Anyone with Globalist status and a people who booked room Club Access and above (e.i. Suites) can access to the lounge. I believe they've started to charge for the outdoor swimming pool. Either you'd have to book a room with swimming pool access or have to pay per person. Though the fee is little too much imo so I don't know how long will they keep this new policy. Hope this helped!

This hotel is owned by one the big Korean Organized Crime gangster Sang Yoon Bae ( KH group ). Enjoy!

@@quiettraveler2618 true and it is related with former presidential candidate Lee J M's corruption scandal. This KH group took Alpensia resort for Korean Winter Olympic village by unlawful bidding which is also related with former president Moon Jae In and Governor of Gangwon province. Hyatt Hotel owner is on the run and is in Hawaii. He will be in Seoul soon to be indicted. It would be shamed if you will stay in Hyatt regency near Itaewon.
