Here's my custom 2015 BMW X5 50i MSport. Mostly aesthetics (blacked out chrome pieces), custom front grill, trailer hitch.
THis video is for those who want an aggressive sounding BMW!! but don't know which exhaust system to purchase.
Well, maybe you don't need to!!
Cold start this morning of my newly customized BMW X5. Took out the muffler so I could hear the V8.
I was trying to decide which catback system/exhaust system I wanted to purchase. Well, I saved all that $$!! I just deleted the muffler, and had it straight piped!

just to confirm.. you just removed last cat back, due straight pipe means you have nothing from exhaust manifold to the end , witch i believe would be impossible to do due very complicated sensor removal thing.

drives like a sports car with the handling, but the capacity of an SUV. if money isn't a major factor, this is the way to go for a daily, hands down. (it does take quite a bit of gas that I sometimes forget about since i'm so used to it. where in other cars you don't have to fill up gas/petrol for weeks it seems). stay ahead on the maintenance

ok. im a noob. can you explain? I do know what the catalytic converter is. i thought if i removed that, its now street illegal and wont pass inspections. this is my daily.

When you installed your tow hitch did you have to trim any bumper away?

no sir! it was easy. i couldn't figure out how to get a clip out, so i just left the bumper hanging by a wire... well, i supported it, but technically the wire was still connected to the camera sensor
