I like the smaller building at the back. Its monotone. I dont like the checkerboard paving and the red columns (pillars). They give it a gaudy/unrefined feel. He must stick to grey paving. It gives a dignified/elegant look to any property. If you are prepared to spend that much money on a property, then finish it elegantly.
