Auckland is not that great as a city. Pretty boring in fact, I lived there for twenty years for work. How it took 38 minutes to drive from Greenlane to the city I’ll never know. It’s a ten minute drive. Glad to be home 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Overpriced and overrated.

I agree with u. The city centre is overcrowded as well , roads r steep, it is very unsuitable n strange if u are from a big country where cities are built on flat ground. The houses r very bad too, small cringing rooms, staircases. Glad I only had to spend one month in auckland, I spent 10 months in Hamilton, flat road but very lonely, I drove around to the west n east coast
