These are my favorite rain walks in Japan. Quiet residential streets and sidewalks. No traffic or lots of people. Like looking at the places and buildings. Makes you wonder who lives there, what they are about and Japan life.

As a person who currently resides in Mumbai, this calm ambience and peace of mind is foreign to me. No overcrowding, no cars and bikes Honking 24/7, no air pollution, no dangerous roads, no bikers riding on the sidewalk, no street vendors blocking the footpath. Makes me want to think, where did we go wrong?
