Hua Hin night market is located at Dachanuchit Road. The walking street of the Market is closed entirely to traffic and becomes a focal point for vending stalls. It has everything you can ask for such as cloths, food, fruit, drinks including cocktails or beer, and souvenirs.
The market open at 6 pm. - 11 pm. It is one of the best place to visit in Hua Hin.

Besides the grilling squid look tasty and delicious I would love to have some the last time I tested it was fifty years ago. Some of the food here you can not get them in the city. An excellent job filming the locations.

I could watch this for hours. Two questions, first how much are those big lobsters and was there a cat booth ?

1000 baht per 1 kilo for Big lobsters (1 cooked lobster is around 400-500 baht). Sorry I did not see a cat booth.
