Very nice and very clean city and lots of plants around. Very proud of you living there keeping your city very clean and no squatters living on the streets. It depends in the eye of the beholder. Both has its own charm. For walking around the city it’s Iloilo City, but for more scenic views, given that Cebu City have hills, I’d give it to them.

Top 3 city by 2028! - that is almost prophetic, what's the basis and who'se competing Cebu? I notice how tidy and orderly the whole city. Like Bacod and Dumaguete, even GenSan there are ilongos and they tend to keep their surrounding clean. Cebuanos doesn't come close to this.
