That is "Speed" in Swedish....

It stands for "Ferrovie Autolinee Regionali Ticinesi", or Regional Railways and Bus Lines of Ticino, which is the main Italian-speaking canton of Switzerland. I agree they deserve an award for the worst possible transport-related acronym ever.
