さっきまで土砂降りだった空がもう晴れている。
パダワン・ラッキーと私は、とまりんでお弁当を買ってフェリーざまみに乗り込んだ。
青パパイヤのチャンプルーが入ったお弁当は実に旨かった。
00:44 フェリーざまみは10時に出航し11時30分に阿嘉島に着いた。
この島にはかつてシロというワンコが住んでいた。彼は対岸の座間味島まで泳いで、恋人のマリリンに会いに行ったという。
彼は伝説となった。
阿嘉島に上陸するとすぐに出迎えてくれるシロの銅像を、ラッキーは潤んだ瞳で見つめていた。
01:03 我々は自転車を借りて10分ほど走り、北浜（ニシバマ）ビーチに到着した。
展望デッキの向こうに、白からケラマブルーへとグラデーションに染まった海が広がっていた。 対岸に見えるのは座間味島だろう。
「先に行って下見してくるワン」と言って、ラッキーは支度の遅い私を置いて海に入っていった。
ようやく身支度を終えた私が海に入ると、ラッキーが迎えに戻ってきて「ウミヘビさんがいたワン」と言った。
02:54 白と黒の縞模様のウミヘビくんは気持ちよさそうに海底で揺れていた。
なんとういう透明な海！
06:07 エントリーしてすぐに魚たちが泳いでいるのが見られるのだが、ブイの近くまで泳いでいくと、はるか遠くからロクセンスズメダイがジェット機のように飛んで（泳いで）くるのが見えた。
模様や色の鮮やかないろんな種類のベラやブダイも、波の影響を受けず鳥のように自在に泳いでいる。
08:41 ヒマワリの花のような色の魚たちや、縦縞の美しい魚たちが海底でなかよく食事をしている。
驚くほどたくさんの種類のサンゴや魚たちが美しい調和で存在していた。
14:15 まるでシャンデリアで照らされた舞台上で、波のタクトに合わせて奏でられるオーケストラを観ているようだった。
我々は、そんな海のオーケストラに身をゆだねながら、ずっとプカプカ浮いていた。
14:31 棒がおちているのかな？と思ったら、アオヤガラが縦になったり横になったりしながら泳いでいるのだった。
19:21 テーブルサンゴの上で寝ているお魚もいる。
20:38 トンネル状になったイソギンチャクの家ではクマノミたちが追いかけっこをしていた。
ハマクマノミは、ふわふわ揺れるイソギンチャクの家でくつろいでいる。
浅い砂地でも、アカテンモチノウオらしき魚や、砂に隠れながら暮らすハゼ科の魚たちがいた。
23:34 ただひたすらに夢のように美しい海だった。
24:39 自転車を返却する前に、我々は阿嘉島と慶留間島を繋ぐ白い阿嘉大橋を渡ってみた。
全長530メートル。橋の上から見る海は透明で水底が見える。
はるか後ろからやっと私に追いついたラッキーは、ゼイゼイと息切れしながら「きれいだワン」と言った。
自転車を返し、ターミナルでフェリーを待っている間、さっきまで暑さで舌を出してハアハア言っていたラッキーがふいといなくなった。
25:06 気が付くと、奴は海を見ながらイチゴ練乳かき氷を食べていた。
「冷たくて最高だワン」ラッキーはそういうと、かき氷をお裾分けしてくれた。
帰りのフェリーで、宝石のような海を思い出しながら、我々は心に誓った。
またいつか帰ってこよう。
海のオーケストラを聴きに。

The sky, which had been pouring down earlier, was already clear.
My Padawan, Lucky and I bought two Obento (box lunch) at Tomarine Ferry Terminal and boarded the ferry Zamami.
The Obento with green papaya stir-fried with julienne carrot, pork, and egg was really tasty.
00:44 The ferry Zamami left at ten o'clock in the morning and arrived at Aka Island at half past eleven.
A doggy named Shiro used to live on this island. He swam to Zamami Island on the other side of Aka island to meet his girlfriend Marilyn. He became a legend. Lucky gazed with moist eyes at the statue of Shiro that greeted us as soon as we landed on Aka Island.
01:03 We rented bicycles and after a 10-minute ride we arrived at Nishibama Beach.
From the observation deck, we could see an endless expanse of ocean with a gradient from white to Kerama-blue. Across the beach we saw an island, it must be Zamami Island.
“Bow-wow! I'll go first and check it out!" Lucky said as he already stepped into the ocean, leaving me to get ready late. When I finally finished getting ready and went into the sea, Lucky came back to pick me up and said, "Bow-wow! I saw a cute sea snake”.
02:54 I wondered if that was Emydocephalus Ijimae. The small, black-and-white striped sea snake was swaying comfortably at the bottom of the sea.
What a crystal-clear sea!
06:07 We could see some fish swimming in the shallow area just after entry, but as we swam close to the buoys, we could see a jet of spinner snappers flying (swimming) in from far off in the distance. Various kinds of wrasses with vivid patterns and colors were also swimming freely like birds, unaffected by the waves.
08:41 A couple of fish with sunflower-colored and a couple of beautifully striped fish were dining together on the bottom of the sea.
The magnificent table corals were glistening in gold by reflecting the sunlight.
We were overwhelmed by the beauty of corals of various colors and shapes, such as red, purple, pink, bule, yellow and white.
14:15 In the sea, an astonishingly large variety of creatures were showing a magnificent and beautiful world, like an orchestra playing on the tact of the waves.
14:31 Is a stick falling off? I thought, but it turned out to be Bluespotted cornetfish swimming vertically and horizontally.
We floated around in the ocean orchestra for a long time.
19:21 The fish sleeping on the table coral was so cute.
20:38 In the tunnel-shaped anemone house, anemonefish were chasing each other.
Tomato-anemonefish were relaxing in their fluffy, swaying anemone houses.
23:34 The sea was breathtaking and dreamingly beautiful.
All the while, until it was almost time for the return ferry.
24:39 Before returning the bicycles, we crossed the white Aka Bridge connecting Aka Island and Geruma Island. It is 530 meters long.
The sea viewed from the bridge was so clear that we could see the bottom of the sea.
Lucky finally caught up with me from far behind and said, "Bow-wow! It's lovely!”
While waiting for the ferry, Lucky was looking out at the ocean and eating KAKIGORI (shaved ice) having condensed milk and strawberry syrup on top.
“Bow-wow! It's perfect!" Lucky said, and shared the shaved ice with me.
On the ferry ride back to Naha, remembering the jewel-like sea, we said to ourselves,.
"We would return again someday. To listen to the orchestra of the sea".
