JR池袋駅ホーム内を歩きました。
＜池袋駅＞
島式ホーム4面8線の地上駅
乗り入れ路線はJRの他に東武鉄道、西武鉄道、東京メトロの3社
（東武東上線、西武池袋線、東京メトロ丸ノ内線、有楽町線、副都心線）
＜1日の平均利用者数 第２位＞
JR池袋駅の1日平均の利用者数は約264万人（年間にすると約9億6420万人）で、新宿駅に次ぐ第2位の乗客数を誇る。
＜東口にSEIBU、西口にTOBU＞
東武東上線を筆頭に埼玉方面に伸びる路線が多いため、東京都西部や埼玉県南西部からの利用客が多いのが特徴。また、当駅周辺には多くの百貨店が建ち並び、東口側にSEIBU（西武）、西口側にTOBU（東武）があり某家電量販店のCM曲にもなっている。
池袋は10年ほど前に仕事で毎日利用していたので、個人的に思い入れが強い場所です。

＜Ikebukuro Station＞
Island-style platform, 4 lines, 8 lines above ground station
In addition to JR, Tobu Railway, Seibu Railway and Tokyo Metro
(Tobu Tojo Line, Seibu Ikebukuro Line, Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, Yurakucho Line, Fukutoshin Line)
＜The average number of users per day is the second highest＞
The average daily number of passengers at JR Ikebukuro Station is approximately 2.64 million (approximately 964.2 million annually), which boasts the second largest number of passengers after Shinjuku Station.
＜SEIBU at the east exit and TOBU at the west exit＞
Since there are many routes extending to the Saitama area with the Tobu Tojo line at the top, there are many passengers from the western part of Tokyo and the southwestern part of Saitama prefecture. In addition, many department stores are lined up around this station, SEIBU (Seibu) is on the east side, and TOBU (Tobu) is on the west side, and it is also a commercial song for a certain electronics store.
I used to use Ikebukuro every day for work about 10 years ago, so it's a place where I personally feel strongly.

今はコロナのせいで、東京には行けないけど、収まったらまた行ってみたいです。 兵庫県住みですが、最近関西の電車とかに飽きちゃって、東京の電車の事ばっかり考えています。いつになったら行けるのかなぁ。
