The coffee machine works, but does not make coffee, only clean water. Because the grinder is not working. After disassembling the coffee machine, as you can see, there is thrown out ground coffee everywhere because the grinder is clogged, But after I measured and found that the motor of the grinder is healthy, the thermal protection that is attached to the stator windings of the motor has burned out, which Thermal protection is 98 degrees Celsius 10 Amps, however I found the closest 99 Degrees Celsius 10 Amps which is no problem, it will just overheat the motor to 99 Degrees and then burn the thermal protection.
Then I disassemble the blades of the grinder because the real problem with the motor overheating and burning the protection is that it is clogged with wet coffee and the blades under the blade cannot throw the ground coffee into the chute. After I cleaned it, assembled everything in place installed the grinder and Now the grinder works perfectly and the coffee maker makes perfect coffee. And it all costs $1.
Otherwise, if you take the coffee machine to a service center, they will replace the entire coffee grinder and it will be very expensive!!!

Здравейте. Имах проблем с мелничката на модел еа81 с дисплей. Мелничката започна да върти само за 2 сек. И не правеше никакво кафе. След това се появи и индикатора за липсващ контейнер за утайка. Смених захранващата платка с нова и проблема се реши но само за седмица. Сега мелничката пак върти за 2-3 сек. При нормално от около 7 сек. Какъв може да е проблема според вас, нещо по мелничката някой ел. Елемент ли да гледам. Благодаря предварително 🙂

this is short term repair, because grinder is over 12:40 the ejector blades are worn, replace ejector.

@@622sim the coffee ejector blades in the grinder were worn out , which causes the coffee to remain and coffe is grind to dust, as a result, the pump is unable to push water during brewing and ejects water back via 2 bar valve, problem after 10k coffees, replacing the grinder with a new one helped.
