April 2018 春の京都の桜のスポットを集めて紹介。嵐山、二条城、清水寺、半木の道、平安神宮、祇園白川、平野神社、桜並木が続く岡崎十石舟めぐりを紹介。意外な穴場が「賀茂川の桜堤」。賀茂川と高野川が合流して鴨川になる手前には桜の巨木の並木が続く。まさに京都でしか味わえない桜の醍醐味が堪能できます。空撮はGoogle Earth Studio のGoogle Earth の 3D 画像と衛星画像を使ったブラウザベースのアニメーション ツールを利用。

高画質で京の桜を捉えたすばらしい映像だと思う。私ども日本人は桜のもつ清楚、華やぎ、輝き、儚さ、潔さがとても好きなのだ、とあらためて思うのだ。 遠い時代、京の都人たちは桜の霊力を受けるために山に入り、山桜の枝を折って髪に挿す習慣があったといわれる。そういえば大和ごころの美的情趣を説いた本居宣長は「咲きにほふ春のさくらの花見ては　荒らぶる神もあらじとぞ思ふ」と詠み、もののあはれは桜、それも山桜に具現されるとした。 想えば古来、日本人によって桜にはふしぎな神格がそなわっていると考えられてきた。だから農村でも都でも、桜の真下で決して不作法な事はしてはならないとされてきた。して見れば、うつし世のあの花見宴会の馬鹿騒ぎを宣長が見たら、一体どう思うのだろうか。おそらく青竹で激しく地を撃ち、真赤になって激怒するのではあるまいか。UP主さんに感謝。(*￣∇￣；

昨年は大型台風もきて、被害を受けたところもありますが、乗り越えて咲く桜から元気をもらい、新元号で今年もいい1年になればいいですね。開花状況はJRcyberstationの桜開花」→近畿で検索を。私は愛用。
