Just like Patricia I love ❤tripe stew, as well. I was lucky, long ago my mother in law would bring home tripe stew 😋from Boulevard Saimin. It was the🤙🏽 best with lotsa peppercorns & lil green bell pepper, so tasty, stew was a lil thicker than yours. Next time you should get a spoon🥄 to scoop the rice w sauce. Thanx for choosing tripe stew at Aloha, thats where my Brah always eats when he visits home from the mainland. 👍🏾
