Miami has fast become the "IT" city in America. The infrastructure that has been going on for years is starting to pay off. The cities within the greater Miami area are "Brickell City Centre-Edgewater-Wynwood Design District-Miami City Centre-Flagler and Aventura-are all being developed. There will be a huge transit hub infrastructure starting with "Brightline Trains Speed Rail." The transit hub will consist of the Metro -Mover-Tri-Rail Train-and a proposed underground train system developed by TESLA. This will also include a Monorail system running along the beaches of the greater Miami area. There is so much that is happening in Miami. Like bringing the High-tech industry to the greater Miami area...And more are still coming. The future looks bright for this great city. Awesome walking tour. Subscriber #190.

Wao friend. You are absolutely right, Miami is growing a lot, a few days ago they announced another beautiful skyscraper in Brickell, called MAJOR. The city has a beautiful future, and my wish is to leave a record of what it is today and what it will be tomorrow. One day, in a few years, the city will not look like what it filmed today and that will be beautiful. The city grows and even works are built thinking of man, green areas, to walk, Miami entered the 21st century with good steps. Thank you very much .... Downtown Miami and especially Brickell is beautiful! But where is everyone? I would assume hundreds if not thousands would be walking the sidewalks. I mean is it that hot? I know the weekends are packed and alive. But is this a typical day in brickell? I mean I feel the energy from the high-rise buildings ,but no energy on the sidewalks

@@WalkRoluz I'm actually looking to move to Miami in the future. I know Brickell is happening and is the spot to be seen. People say downtown Miami across the river is a little sketchy at night, but what is your opinion in the next 3 to 5 years for downtown Miami? I know there's a lot of renovations going on but I feel downtown has more upside and maybe more cost-effective condos. Overall do you feel comfortable in downtown Miami, especially in the evenings (not to be confused for Brickell). Thx 👍and stay safe

@@AB-fm2zn the city is growing, there are many projects already approved that are going to start or have started to be built, Brickell will become very beautiful, and the city is really becoming a great city.
