Very clear and skillfully shot video. Unfortunately traffic comes in the way and blocks the view of landing planes in the beginning and then fence or building block the view for takeoffs.

Nice YYZ footage, Thanks
@canadianplanespotter5 жыл бұрын
I have no idea what runway you're spotting at. All three of these angles are totally foreign to me, which says something because I watch plenty of YYZ footage! Amazing filming man. Didn't know Philippines has a morning flight to Pearson?
@LeppAviation5 жыл бұрын
Didn't think so either! Someone in the comments said that it was a one time thing, so I'm not sure! The first shots were from the sidewalk on Dixie Rd, the two overhead departures were from the Avworld parking lot, and the rest were from the end of the road by FedEx. Thanks for watching!
@canadianplanespotter5 жыл бұрын
@@LeppAviation Ohhh you were at FedEx! If it weren't for the blasted obstacles it would be the perfect spot! I'm not too picky about fences in shots though, so it's pretty satisfying to see a new perspective on rwy 23 action :)
@LeppAviation5 жыл бұрын
@@canadianplanespotter Yeah I agree! I know it's not a popular photography spot at all for that reason, but for video I think it turned out okay. Again, thanks for watching! For the next 5 weeks, I'll be uploading YYZ videos!

Do they ever use that infield terminal anymore? I know for awhile they had some carriers operating out of there

Yep, there were a few aircraft that parked there when I was there. It was never full though.

You are so lucky to get ONE and only PAL5118 ...normally they fly A350 now as PR118 and it is an evening flight
@billyp28315 жыл бұрын
Rex Lin I was actually on the Flight the day when he recorded. We were supposed to take the A350 and it was supposed to be an evening flight. But before our flight, the A350 landed in Hong kong before our flight (about 5 hrs) and the PAL team told us the ground team at the Hong kong airport did minor damages at the cargo door and the passenger exit and they said it was sensitive metal so we were booked on the B777 the following Day for a Day trip.
@babopoper5 жыл бұрын
@@billyp2831 I was quite surprised to see PAL B777 again after they switched to A350 to fly to YYZ...was thinking something must happen in the previous flight
