Muwailih Commercial is a mixed-used area in Sharjah offering a wide range of affordable rental studios and apartments. The area offers quick access to some of the top universities in the emirate. Location wise, it is a sought-after area to live in because of its proximity to Dubai. Many students and workers prefer to reside in the area because if it’s easy commercial access.
The northern border of this community has direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) - a highway that connects seven emirates of the UAE, while Maliha Road runs along the east of this area. To its south lies Industrial Area 15 and 17, while University City Sharjah lies to the south of Muwailih Commercial.

Memories of Muweilah Commercial Sharjah as a Former UAE Resident of Sharjah have brought the best out of me. I will continue to miss this suburb I once called home.

@syedshababahmed5209 The definition of a city , municipality and suburb is different for the Sharjah City Municipality Officials and the Sharjah Urban Planning Council Officials . So Muweilah Commercial can be considered by any resident the way he or she wants to call it and define it. It is equidistant to Industrial Areas and Sharjah City.

@syedshababahmed5209 Muweilah Commercial has sewage tankers coming from the Industrial Areas to look after its regular functioning of Drainage and Sewage. University City Road on the contrary is looked after by Sharjah City Municipality properly because it has more prestige value for UNESCO Lifelong Learning City- Sharjah . So I called Muweilah Commercial as a suburb because of the Sharjah Municipality awarding contracts to the drainage companies in Industrial Areas for pumping drains of Muweilah Commercial.
