Hi Ms Estella, I actually indicated the timings in my ndp videos. So far I noticed the timing are not fixed.. The uncasing ceremony is around 5pm, to play safe try to reach earlier so that you can get a good view. As for fireworks, there are a few rounds, from 730 to around 8.10 like that..
