The area around 330 Seongbuk-dong is where the richest people in Korea have lived for generations. The heads of many large corporations, including Hyundai, GS, and Doosan, live here.
There are no apartments or villas like in Hannam-dong or Gangnam, and most are large mansions with gardens or luxury townhouses.
Actor Bae Yong-jun, who became known as Yonsama through the drama Winter Sonata, is also a resident of 330 Seongbuk-dong. He married Park Soo-jin from the girl group Sugar in 2015 and they have two children.
The house right behind Bae Yong-joon's mansion was purchased by Lee Min-ho, the main character of Pachinko.

Actor Lee Min-ho, who is well-received for his role in the Apple TV+ drama 'Pachinko', took the top spot as the most liked Korean actor by foreigners.
According to the report '2022 Overseas Hallyu Survey' published on the 15th by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE), Lee Min-ho ranked first with 9.3% in the category of the best Korean actors by country.
In second place was Hyun Bin (3.1%), who recently married Son Ye-jin. The popularity of the drama 'Crash Landing on You' on Netflix seems to have influenced it.
In third place, Gongong-ro, particularly Taiwan, recorded a high figure of 11.3%. The drama 'Goblin', in which Gong Yoo appeared earlier, also occupied the most watched drama in Taiwan during the 2017 Spring Festival period.
In fourth place was Song Hye-kyo (2.2%). Song Hye-kyo is the only actress to be ranked in the top 5. He said 'Descendants of the Sun' was very popular in Greater China, recording 4.3% in China and Taiwan respectively.
In fifth place was Song Joong-ki (2.1%). Song Joong-ki got 6.2% in Indonesia. Song Joong-ki has recently been selected as a male skin care cosmetic model in Indonesia and is gaining popularity in the local area.
