This plane has been stored at wellcamp airport Australia for the past couple years. I drove past it all the time. It’s sad to learn it’s being scrapped, still plenty of life left in it.

Yeah it is a shame she is being scrapped as there would be plenty of life still in her. Last I heard though, she was going to Qatar as a replacement aircraft while some of their A350s are out of service over safety concerns but that was a few months ago.

Yes it will. First they take out all the recyclable parts out the airframe . After that it will be cut in pieces.
