When I was 18, my parents bought me a brand new teal coloured Volvo S90 loaded w/ every possible option available at that time. I picked this Volvo because that's what I wanted. It was great! Good power. Good acceleration. Comfortable. Gorgeous looks. Unfortunately though, some asshole in an HVAC company van cut a left turn too close to my Volvo and side swiped me in my left side/driver's side rear door. The impact was hard enough that the door and surrounding body frame was considered "totaled". It would have cost several high thousands of dollars to replace and put the frame back in line. I was also told that even w/ the same coloured factory paint, it would still not match up perfectly, and in the right light and angle, it would be very noticeable. I was so pissed-off, because I really loved that car. It was only a few months old. I ended up getting a new Lexus LX.
