hougang change so much, the hougang that i know was back in the 80s. all those old building are gone.

The basic difference between Singapore vs Hong Kong/Taiwan is shopping/food/leisure are designed in. In Hong Kong, extremely cruel capitalism, shopping malls mainly sell European expensive things. Food courts are rare. That’s why Hong Kong is a capital of treason, rioting and all sorts of bad things in life.
