Tzuyu mentioned in vlive her legs literally gave out, no surprise because this 3 songs are dance heavy, and they danced 4 times on the rehearsal. Those boots adds to the difficulty too, it cuts blood circulation to your legs.

What it could be is that since it's such a large stadium, there's a slight delay with the sound getting to where the camera is filming from. So for Twice they're on-time, but from the camera's perspective they are ahead. You'll see this sometimes during drum corps competitions. If I remember correctly, they will compensate for that delay by being slightly ahead depending on where they are on the field.

Its just how the video is recorded. At most times, cameras cant sync with the audio in live performances unles the cameras are linked with the mainaudio. Since this is a fancam, it is likely that the audio will be not syncronize. :)
