Been a nice routine lately where at night, I put one of these on the TV, play some calm music, and drink herbal tea while I study Japanese. Been a really relaxing way to end my days. Thanks for doing these ✌️

It is such a simple idea for a video, just walk around the city that most people in this world will never visit. I could watch them all day if I could, it almost feels like traveling there :) Thank you!

Asakusa was the first place I visited and stayed at for my first trip to Japan. I feel an immense sense of nostalgia and connection to the area. These videos really help me cope with not being able to be there recently. Thanks Rambalac. Asakusa was popping long before Kimetsu no Yaiba. Plus Sarazanmai pays much better homage to the area.

Asakusa is my base when ever I visit Tokyo. I emailed the link of this video to a friend who is curious about the neighborhood. I then called her & proposed we watch it together while we are on the phone and I do a commentary. Less than five minutes later we did just that.

They have become my means of keeping touch with nature. I was supposed to go to Japan with my son last summer but I am in a walker now. I never see anyone using a walker in Japan.

I swear you're just a video game character. From the smooth panning of the camera, the subtle but consistent headbobbing, and the way you hold up tea in front of the camera to inspect it before it disappears into your inventory, it just makes tpp much sense.

At 1:22:36 you can see the name of the bridge in hiragana. I know zero, nothing, nada about hiragana but I looked up the characters and got to a romaji spelling then googled it. Nothing. So the sign on the bridge has 2 spelling differences. It's the Azumabashi (あずまばし) bridge. The sign says Adzumahashi (あづまはし). Foreign languages are hard.
