オープンニング当時からのアトラクションですね 子供の頃、おばけクジラが怖くてずっと目を瞑って親にしがみ付いていたのを思い出します。最後のちょこっと楽しい場面しか見れなかった。この画像でそのトラウマを思い出しました。懐かしいです。30年近く昔の話です。

As someone who’s used to Paris’ version of this ride, seeing Tokyo’s variant is like messing with the cognitive schemes. It’s so similiar, but the cosmetic differences are plenty to spot.

One thing I hate about these rides is that they rush you through too quickly and you don't get to fully enjoy each scene. You barely get a glimpse. They need to cut the speed in half.

Walt once complained that he went on the Jungle Cruise and the skipper raced through it in 4 minutes when it should have been a 7-minute ride. New procedures corrected that to assure each guest got the full 7-minute experience. By contrast, the way things are done today, Disney rushes you through as fast as possible so that they can have impressive statistics at the Disney management meetings to show how fast and efficient they are. :-( The Pinocchio ride in Anaheim is about this same speed, which is "way too fast." An extra 20-30 seconds would go a long way on an attraction like this.

Almost every time I ride jungle cruise it lasts 6-8 minutes, and for this ride the camera movements make the ride look a lot faster than it is actually going, and the ride was meant to be fast paced and feel like you are running away from the animatronics, which goes along the "daring" in the title.

CORONA SHARKS the speed of haunted mansion has never changed, it goes “fast” to increase capacity and you do not miss anything from the speed.

The part where Lampwick turns into a donkey is much simpler here. I just watched the Pinocchio ride at Paris, and it's more like the one at Disneyland: Lampwick's back is to us (but we see his face in a mirror). Then he turns around transformed into a jackass. Usually Tokyo DL has the best of everything, not so in this case.
